A. You can begin placing Spring/Summer Idea Catalog orders beginning January 5, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. (MT). Customers can also begin placing orders on your Premium Demonstrator Website at the same time.

A. You will be able to view the Spring/Summer Idea Catalog online at the same time you can start placing an order—January 5, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. (MT)
Q. What is the last day to order products from the 2008 Idea Catalogs?
A. The last day to order product from the 2008 Idea Catalogs is January 4, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. (MT). Items on the 2008 Discontinued Items and Colors List WILL NOT be available to order after this date.
Q. When will Starter Kits include the 2009 Spring/Summer Idea Catalog?
A. New Demonstrators who enroll on or after December 15, will receive the new 2009 Spring/Summer Idea Catalogs in their Starter Kits as well as updated color samples. Starter Kits that include the new Idea Catalogs will be held until the catalogs begin shipping on December 26.
New Demonstrators who enrolled from December 1-14, 2008 will receive a full replacement shipment (8 or 16 depending on kit purchased) of the new Spring/Summer Idea Catalogs when they begin shipping on December 26. These Demonstrators will not, however, receive the new Color Sample Pack (#200257) as part of the catalog replacement; they will need to place a separate supply order for this item.
